İş Tanımı

Demand Planning:

Clean the sales history with generating demand team with consensus,
Revise and refine forecasting statistical models,
Create baseline forecast with the appropriate statistical models and parameters,
Constructively challenge Marketing and Sales to be able to achieve accurate Consensus Demand Plan. Follow up the actual demand situation in the field and production and coordinate the necessary actions,
Ensure that the key meetings held efficiently and continuously,

Supply Network Planning:

Evaluate the stock situation and update the weekly Supply Status Report,
Ensure timely and availability of import finished goods dispatch plan arrival,
Ensure that the stock covers of finished goods are in line with stock policy by inventory management in Supply Network Planning,
Follow up the production and ensure that the produced goods are available to sales on time as released status,
Ensure effective communication between related parties ( PP/DS planner, factory and business etc.) in order to maintain supply and demand balance,
Act proactively to ensure that supply is without a cut,
Initiate and follow up of the partnership agreements for all import/export products,
Act as the primary contact for import/export finished good markets,
Create POs of imported products on time of dispatch,
Prepare load plans for export products,
Accelerate the process of delivering the finished products to D/C on time for the exceptional stock out products by the coordination with relevant parties e.g. Factory Logistics & QA,

University degree,
Min. 2 years of planning experience in Pharmaceutical or FMCG sector,
Should have good knowledge and fast use of MS Office programs (SAP knowledge is an asset),
Excellent communication skills (oral & written),
Teamwork oriented, ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diverse groups and cross functional teams,
Strong decision making skills,
Strong analytical and problem solving skills,
