İş Tanımı
- Schedule all appointments for the General Manager with full access to his calendar with the ability to send meeting requests from him to meeting attendees,
- Attend meetings to take meeting minutes and track all deliverables,
- Provide administrative support,
- Ensure that the appearance and operation of our corporate office consistently meets the company expectations,
- Plan and optimize all travel plans for the General Manager,
- Manage and process expense reports,
- Return and manage incoming calls and requests on behalf of General Manager,
- Update all of General Manager’s PowerPoint presentations, meetings ensuring that all information is current and accurate,
- Successful candidate will also support HR Department on operational issues,

- University degree,
- Expert level written and verbal communication skills,
- Fluent written and spoken English,
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to details,
- Well developed interpersonal skills: ability to interact with wide range of individuals at all levels and establish good relationships,
- Able to handle multiple tasks with efficient, accurate and initiative working methods and reprioritise tasks continually with an effective follow-up,
- Able to adapt to new situations and work independently with little or no supervision,
- Able to handle high-level confidential information,
- Good knowledge of MS Office programs,
