· Providing full support to the GM with the business processes and agenda management,
· Scheduling and maintaining outlook calendar (all appointments, meetings, conference calls),
· Scheduling, planning and organizing all related travel arrangements and follow up flight and hotel reservations, travel and visa documents,
· Managing required correspondence, e-mail and phone traffic,
· Providing administrative support,
· Drafting and preparing documents such as memos, reports, presentations,
· Manage and process expense reports,
· Assist with preparing board meetings,
· Organizing events, dinners and meetings,
· Welcoming guests on arrival and guide them to the managers,

· University degree,
· Min. 5 years of related experience in similar position,
· Good command of both written and spoken English,
· Strong interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication skills,
· Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to details, the ability of analytical thinking, planning and organization skills,
· Able to handle multiple tasks with efficient working methods and reprioritise tasks continually with an effective follow-up,
· Able to adapt to new situations,
· Able to handle high-level confidential information,
· Good command of MS Office applications(especially outlook and powerpoint)
