Schedule all appointments for the GM with full access to his calendar with the ability to send meeting requests from him to meeting attendees,
Attend meetings to take meeting minutes and track all deliverables,
Provide administrative support,
Ensure that the appearance and operation of our corporate office consistently meets the company expectations,
Plan and optimize all travel plans for the GM,
Manage and process expense reports,
Return and manage incoming calls and requests on behalf of GM,
Update all of GM’s PowerPoint presentations, meetings ensuring that all information is current and accurate,

University degree,
Expert level written and verbal communication skills,
Fluent written and spoken English,
Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to details,
Well developed interpersonal skills: ability to interact with wide range of individuals at all levels and establish good relationships,
Able to handle multiple tasks with efficient, accurate and initiative working methods and reprioritise tasks continually with an effective follow-up,
Able to adapt to new situations and work independently with little or no supervision,
Able to handle high-level confidential information,
Good knowledge of MS Office programs,
