Export Sales and Marketing Manager

In accordance with organisational restructuring plans of our group of companies in 2019, operating on national and international scale,
new job opportunities available at headquarters in Istanbul for manufacturing, sales and marketing of Electrical and Lighting products in a  leading position it’s sector

This position is responsible for the vision, strategy, and tactical sales and marketing plans for our distributors exporting countries as well as the successful execution and implementation of those plans.  In close and good cooperation with our customers, this individual will be the leader and product champion for all aspects of marketing and sales related to our business in export markets. The goal of this function is to improve amount of business with existing accounts in the region as well as successfully introduce our products to gain greater share or penetrate new market opportunities. This is a strategic commercial position that works directly with key customers to validate market and product direction, represents the company in the industry and drives sales. The role also includes high level of internal communications responsibility of Technical Office, FC&A, Sales Operations, and Marketing organisations

• Establish, implement and undertake the responsibilities of marketing and sales including planning and coordination,
• Managing sales, marketing and customer relations,
• Crafting and executing marketing strategies for new categories/products, marketing communication and launch plans working with a cross functional team of R&D, sales and commercialization teams,
• Identifying customer needs and drive opportunites in line with company strategies,
• Functioning as an active salesman you are responsible for maintaining relations with key accounts and important stakeholders,
• Preparing sales budget, setting sales targets and organize marketing and sales activities,
• Preparing periodical reports,
• Leading trade activities to create and successfully implement brand values,
• Establishing good combinations of sales and marketing plans with Route-to-Market strategies as well as creating a value-chain in order to maximize the benefits for all the parties ( end-users, customers, and company itself )

An inspiring people manager with experience in managing sales activities on export markets with key accounts, structuring sales channels, positioning the brands and leading change management.
Someone with:

• Have bachelor’s degree related fields from a reputable university,
• Minimum of 5 years sales and marketing experience in international environment,
• At least 2 years of management experience,
• Experience in financial management, budgeting and risk management is a strong plus,
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,
• A strong communicator with the ability to negotiate and win business,
• High level of autonomy in various areas of business ( sales, supply chain, marketing, finance ),
• Fluent language skills in Turkish and English ( additional language(s) will be a strong plus ),
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills,
• No travel restrictions,
