Field Operations Sales Manager

Act as the link between Channel Sales Managers , head office and field teams on any operational
Supervise sales operations team including but not limited to: field visits, field territory development, sales planning, independent key account management, accountability measures and follow up activitie
Organize database management in liaison with IT department
Develop & report analysis on Sell-out databases
Consolidate and optimize databases
Help drive process improvements and efficiencies, technology solutions, opportunities for simplification, and functional synergies.
Maintain and enhance periodic sales and financial reports
Oversee the generation of reporting for the tracking of sales, rebates, and payments to customers, for internal financial accruals, and for company records.
Manage the completion and publication to management of a monthly KPI package.
Understand and enforce internal control procedures, review and audit current process and procedure for adherence,

University degree,
Min. 10 years of sales operations experience with 3 years managerial experience (preferably in NKA sales channel),
General management and team-building experience,
Prior experience developing and delivering sales operation plans,
Ability to analyze, develop and manage revenue and expense budgets,
Ability to achieve revenue and profitably objectives on a sustainable basis,
Relationship building and management skills,
Leadership and sales training skills,
Excellent public speaking and presentation skills,
Ability to travel,
