IT Specialist

• Ensuring system accessibility, functionality and stability, working around Incident/Problem/Change management processes,
• Managing network components such as router, switch, firewall/VPN security,
• Maintaining and upgrading servers and services,
• Monitoring, troubleshooting, optimizing, and resolving capacity issues on the network,
• Providing first level support for local users regarding all software and hardware problems (notebooks/thin clients, mobile phones, operating systems),
• Collaborating with external service providers,
• Developing policies, procedures and standards,

The IT Specialist works as part of a team that provides technical support via phone and email for supported applications and IT services. The candidate must provide technical support by performing installation, repair and preventative maintenance of company related client software/hardware. Troubleshoots software and hardware failures and identifies network problems when related to corporate systems. Most of all, this person likes to help people. Customer/employee satisfaction is our goal.

• University degree (Computer, Electrics – Electronics based or related engineering disciplines are preferred),
• At least 3 years of experience in network topologies and network administration, server management, Domain Controllers (DC) and end user support (desktop management),
• Solid background of managing MS Windows server systems/client operating systems (System Center Family 2012, MS Exchange, MS Lync, Active directory, DHCP, DNS, group policy, file servers),
• Strong technical background in network security including firewall (Checkpoint, Fortinet) and routing,
• Experienced in Cisco and HP network products (access point, router, switch, storage),
• Knowledge of Hyper-V, backup and recovery strategies,
• High level of service & customer orientation,
• Strong communication skills (end-users, 3rd party solution providers),
• Analytical reporting,
• Technical knowledge for building integration between systems,
• Suitable for team work, disciplined and hardworking,
• Certification is a plus: MCSE, CCNA,
• Good command of English,
