Legal Counsel

Our Group which is one of the leading conglomerate of Turkey active in construction, aviation, energy and tourism sectors, is searching for an experienced in house legal counsel to be assigned in our Legal Department based in our Head Office.

The basic job description for the position is:

- Providing legal consultancy concerning project, structured finance, concession management and M&A transactions
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts and other legal documents
- Working and coordinating with external legal counsels in company or business related matters
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work with others and manage multiple time sensitive matters in a demanding and fast-paced environment;

- Having attained degree from a reputed law school
- Having more than 5 years of experience as a lawyer preferably with a mix of law firm and in-house legal experience
- Special expertise in the areas of project finance transactions, concessions structuring, M&A transactions, construction, procurement, labour law as well as rental law
- Ability to work effectively and be a team player
- Availibilty for the business travels to abroad
- A commercial and pragmatic outlook Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation and organization skills
- Strong strategic/analytic thinking & high level of judgement and writing skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken legal English and/or French is a plus.
