İş Tanımı

To maintain the relations with existing and new customers/suppliers, to support the Sales and Marketing Department by providing custom-tailored service,
To follow up the orders starting from order entry, shipment preperation, product lifting and collection of receivables,
Responsible for ensuring customer orders, complaints and requests are processed in a timely, accurate and cost effective manner,
To work with Sales and Marketing Department and support them in all their and customers’ operational and logistical needs. Including ; Analysing customer risk, keep customers database and update Sales Department frequently, Profit and Loss, Pending Files,
To prepare neccessary documentations for the customers,
Preparing mothly, weekly, daily reports for existing stocks, PL analysis and any other assigned or neccessary reports,
To follow the updates at logistisc sector,

We are looking for Logistic Specialist to our company which is active in chemical sector.

3-5 years of experience in a related field,
Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain and/or similar,
Excellent Analytical and Communication Skills,
Very good command of English both in Speaking and Writing,
Advanced in MS Office applications,
