İş Tanımı
Plant Maintenance Engineer is responsible for:
- Leading mechanic/electrical team in factory
- Ensuring that health, safety and environment standards are implemented consistently
- Preparing periodic maintenance plans to provide continuous production
- Supporting investment projects and leading new equipment commissioning and startup stages
- Imlementing TPM and organizing training activities of bluecollar workers
- Supporting continuous improvement projects to eliminate losses and to increase machine efficiencies and running 5s in his area of responsibility
- Ensuring that all activities in the department (including contractors and 3rd parties) are in line with GMP and EHS requirements

- University degree in Mechanical, Electrics & Electronics Engineering departments
- Fluent in English
- Good knowledge of PC and MS Office applications
- Ability to lead teams
- Ability to work as a selfmotivated team member
- Strong problem solving and result orientation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Resident in Istanbul Anatolian Side or Izmit
- Preferably no military obligation for male candidates
