Job Description

The role will support successful implementation of HTS Communication Strategy and support HTS People related actions by:

  • Building yearly and monthly communication plan for Intranet and other channels
  • Connecting with HTS people / Exco to make interviews / blog and prepare publications
  • Maintain Intranet and prepare publications
  • Following HTS strategy closely to be prepared for HTS People and HTS 100 Townhalls
  • Taking actions to enhance the communication between HTS and business partners
  • Working with HR closely to implement people strategy and plan

Required Skills

  • Advance command of English – verbal and written
  • Preferably 1-2 years work experience
  • Ability to understand the long-term goals and aspirations of the bank & HTS and contributing to the communication of this strategy
  • The ability to perceive the impact and implications of decisions and activities on HTS People
  • Ability to prepare presentations and reports
  • Creativity and well developed interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Good cooperation in team – work, change orientated and outgoing personality
  • Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage time pressures
