İş Tanımı
- Provide Tier 1/2 Product Support on assigned products to regional partners,
- Work with partners to identify issues (HW/SW) and collect required logs/traces,
- Reproduce and resolve reported issues with the help of upper level support,
- Provide timely updates to partners and other internal teams,
- Ensure reported issues are being follow-up within SLA (Service Level Agreement),
- You have 24/7 Standby as and when needed,
- You perform other related duties as assigned,

We are looking for Product Support Engineers for EEMEA (Southeast Europe, Turkey, CIS countries, Middle East & Africa) region:
- You have earned a recognized Degree/Diploma in Computer/Electronic/Communication/Electrical Engineering or a computer-related discipline,
- Having a basic knowledge or experience in a programming language (Java/C/C#/C++),
- Extraordinary communication skills, collaborative and cooperative approach, ability to build trust and influence,
- Action oriented working style and strong customer focus,
- Excellent teamwork, analytical and problem-solving skills,
- You identify as a dedicated self-starter who isn't afraid to take initiative,
- Fluency in English (both verbal and written). Knowing French/Arabic is a plus,
- Possesses customer service skills and experience in a professional service environment, with responsibility for supporting multiple applications and platforms is preferred,
- Minimum 1-2 years of experiences in technical support environment is a plus,
- Experience in the payment industry and EMV/CTLS knowledge is advantageous,
- Experience in Amdocs, JIRA platform is advantageous,
- No military service obligation for male candidates or deferred at least two years,
- Flexible to travel abroad,
