We are looking for an experienced receptionist to join our Law Firm based in Istanbul.
Ideal candidate will be responsible for;
- Operation of switch board answering all incoming telephone calls ascertaining the correct client contact and taking messages as appropriate;
- Manage diaries, arrange internal and external meetings and conference calls;
- Make hotel/flight/travel arrangements, itineraries and arrange visas as required;
- Manage and control of all meeting rooms and their use, ensure they are well maintained and kept tidy at all times;
- Organize the hospitality (making of refreshments, order lunch etc.) for meetings;
- Book of all courier services and the acceptance of all courier deliveries to the office;
- Control and maintenance of all courier service records and reconciliation of monthly invoices;
- Responsible for presentation of the Reception area;
- Order of supplies for conference and meetings rooms and kitchen areas;
- Remain flexible and undertake tasks which are not outlined in this job description;

- Good level of English, both written and spoken;
- Good at MS Office Programs;
- Good organisational skills and ability to work on own initiative;
- Good communications skills, including pleasant and efficient telephone manner;
- Attention to detail and eye for accuracy;
