Restaurant Manager

The Sultan's Table is the first Turkish fine dining restaurant in Istanbul, Hong Kong and one of the rare in Asia.

We are very careful about the quality of our food and service given in the restaurant, and for this, we took very good chief and service staffs. We have around 60 seated places.

Now, for our restaurant based in Istanbul and Hong-Kong, we are looking for an experienced Turkish fine dining restaurant manager.

Mission:

-          Have at least five years of experience

o   in a similar position in a food & beverage establishment,

o   in a Turkish premium restaurant

-          Fluent in oral and written English & Turkish

-          Able to manage time and resources effectively

-          Customer service oriented

-          Highly organized with strong attention to details

-          Ability to verbally communicate effectively with guests and co-workers.

-          Knowledgeable in banqueting and event management operations / menu composition / purchasing, inventory control of supplies and equipment

-          Responsabilities :

-          Responsible for the coordination of the teams and processes

-          Responsible for the preparation of F&B budget and forecast, determination of purchase requirements, menus, job descriptions, etc.

-          Make decisions that relate to profit and loss.  Responsible for the financial management of the operation.

-          Conduct daily or weekly Food&Beverage meetings.

-          Clearly describe, assign and delegate responsibility and authority for the operation of the various food and beverage sub-departments, restaurants, banquets, kitchens, stewards, etc.

-          Ensure that our client are delivered the required quality of service

-          Take active part in our company promotion inside local market

-          Succeed in motivating our sales team, giving targets and help them to reach it

Requirement:

-          Company committed, goal oriented, money motivated

-          Excellent business understanding & aggressive sales attitude

-          Excellent English & Turkish skills, other languages appreciated

-          Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
