We are currently looking for our Branch Manager to join our subsidiary in Istanbul Ataturk Airport. Under the authority of the Chief Operating Officer, you will have the following missions:

 

Operations & Sales

  • Successfully enable the Retail Team to achieve monthly and cumulative retail targets and sustainable profitability

  • Ensure the necessary systems and operational processes are in place and continuously improved to ensure a consistently excellent in-store customer experience

  • Maximise sales potential of every customer through delivering a positive an proactive customer journey

  • Drive, monitor and analyse sales performance and productivity through weekly KPIs

  • Promote and develop brand’s visibility through merchandising, marketing and stock handling (acting as an interface with the marketing team based in Paris Head Office)

  • Set up and efficient staff schedule according to the activity to ensure staff cost

 

Management & Training

  • Run regular commercial training and evaluations to ensure excellent customer service on the shop floor and foster talents (approx 50% shop floor based) via our Training Program

  • Lead and develop the team and develop a culture of high performance via our values and missions

  • Supervise and help all team members and managers in their daily activity

 

Human Resources

  • Monitor the social climate and keep the team members motivated to foster talents

  • Coordinate and follow up the HR process

  • Follow up the payrolls and clock in clock out process to maintain staff cost

  • Recruitment process

  • Integration, Motivation of the team

  • Disciplinary procedures

 

Accountancy & Administrative

  • Coordinate and apply the administrative and accountant process set by the headquarters

  • Establish the financials data to the Headquarters and define levers for action

  • Handle banking tasks

  • High motivational drive for results

  • Solutions oriented and decisive

  • Flexibility to work on weekends when required

  • Sense of responsibility and rigor

  • Have passion for beauty industry


REQUESTED EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 3 years experience in management

  • Experience in Retail, ideally as store manager or team manager (it can be retail from any sector : textile, food & beverage, materials, equipment…).

  • We’re also open to profiles having an experience as entrepreneur

  • Fluent in English and or in French  (français courant)
