Team Leader

An international consulting company is seeking a member of team with the following specification

Bachelor's degree (BSc.) in Civil Engineering or Architecture 

Good command of written and spoken English

Full computer literacy

Preferably 15 years but a minimum of 10 years professional experience.

Preferably 7 years but a minimum of 5 years of working experience in the supervision services (on behalf of the Employer)  of any kind of building (superstructures) construction. Experience as a staff member of a construction contractor will not be accepted.

Minimum of 3 years of working experience in at least one construction supervisio and/or construction contract implemented under FIDIC Conditions of contract.

Minimum 2 years of working experience as the team leader of the supervision (on behalf of the Employer) team on site. Project management experience if gained as a staff member of a construction contractor will not be accepted.
