İş Tanımı
IT technical support officers monitor and maintain the software systems of Springg. They may install and configure computer systems, diagnose hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems.
Aranan Nitelikler
- University degree preferred, MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) or relevant certification preferred.
- Candidate will possess 1 – 2 years’ experience supporting medium to large client environments.
- Good interpersonal skills are required, as is the ability to communicate well, both verbally and written.
- Ability to take direction and work independently to complete tasks and solve problems.
- Excellent problem solving and decision making skills
- Travel required, sometimes on short notice.
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Knowledge of Jira is a plus
