Reservation Supervisor

At least 3 years Reservation supervisory experience
Coach and hold team members accountable for performance
Ability to efficiently supervise, coach, motivate, and train others to willingly achieve desired results.
Assists in establishing and maintaining performance standards.
Implements changes to procedures when necessary
Strong knowledge of telesales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
Assists in reporting required by management
Forecasting and analyzing data
Accountability for setting internal plans/methodology/processes/targets etc.
Recruitment and training of Reservation staff
Analytical and problem solving skills
English and German proficiency
Completed military service for male candidates
