Aranan Nitelikler
- Analyses training needs of the hotel and prepares an annual training plan based on the business needs and the departmental training plans.
- Follow up & Management conducting interviews with the trainees
- Conducts trainees recruitment processes, filling in the necessary paperwork & filing
- Follows up on trainees contract dates, informs departments accordingly and ensures necessary paperwork is filled
- Advises and assists management in achieving specific training and development objectives
- Coordinates and monitors the hotel training plans
- Prepares and distributes the monthly training calendar and plan
- Reports to the Director of Human Resources and Country Learning & Development Manager on a monthly basis
- Develops and conducts training programmes according to the hotels strategy to meet training needs of Team Members, Team Leaders and managers, within the established budget
- Revises and updates existing Hilton Training Programmes
- Organises a Welcome Day on a regular basis as well as the induction of new Team Members according to the standards
- Coordinates and evaluates internal and external training programmes
- Introduces outside materials, films, videos etc. for specific training needs and maintains the library of training material
- Participates in the selection and certifying of Department Trainers
- Supervises the Department Trainers
- Motivates and counsels the Department Trainers and ensures training manuals, motivation descriptions and checklists are up to date
- Actively maintains the Department Trainer force
- Organises monthly Department Trainer Meetings
- Assists in the coordination of trainee programmes (incl. Elevator, MDP, Finesse etc.)
- Maintains accurate training records of all Team Members
- Plans and follows-up cross exposures within and outside the hotel
- Assists in the organisation of social activities
- Establishes and maintains effective Team Member relations
- Assists in regional training activities as required
- Keeps up to date with trends on the market
- Participates in the yearly regional Training Managers meetings

Position Statement:
As our future National Procurement Executive Türkiye, you are a self-starter that ensures the corporation is in a cost-competitive position across all categories of spend. You will develop, and execute category negotiation plans, sourcing events, and distribution arrangements. You will build positive relationships with suppliers and develop strategic partnerships.
In order to successfully fulfil this role, you will:
- Coordinate the Purchasing and Supply Management functions for all categories of spend within the specified functional Area for Hilton.
- Ensure that products and services of an established quality are purchased at the lowest total cost while adhering to Hilton standards and operating procedures, operational need and purchasing best practice, and working with the Supply Management team to achieve these aims.
- Work with other departments such as Finance & Operations.
- Provide functional and operational management to any corporate or cluster purchasing team and to provide support to hotel–based purchasing resources across the area.
- Ensure that all procurement tools (such as Birch Street and Coupa Smart Spend) are implemented and maintained where possible to their full productivity and that system support and training is offered to internal and external stakeholders as appropriate.

50% Operational Procurement, you will:
- Ensure adequate service levels related to all aspects of the purchasing process are provided to the operation.
- Research departmental inquiries on product availability, pricing, specifications, and product usage requirements and/or recommendations. Communicate on a regular basis the above information to hotel purchasing and supply staff and other hotel departments, as required. Forecast operational needs and schedule deliveries accordingly to meet operational requirements.
- Support hotel pre-opening offices and openings as required to ensure that Brand standards are met and that hotels participate in Supply Management programs as required
- Measure and improve compliance to Supply Management programs.
- Effectively manage supplier contracts and product data. Approve all changes to existing contracted items, new and/or deleted items, inclusive of pricing verification and amendments.
- Maintain confidential supplier files and databases
- Assist corporate departments in identifying hotels that are not following established purchasing and supply programs and/or specifications. Coordinate, conduct and participate in meetings and discussions between suppliers and/or supplier representatives and corporate staff concerning subjects other than normal price, delivery or quality negotiations (i.e. value analysis or engineering, new methods, techniques and processes).
- Regularly update internal stakeholders on achievements/progress, and attend area and regional meetings as required.
What does success look like in the role:
You must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that you perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation:
- Extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, ideally in a hospitality environment
- Ability to read, write and speak English
- Complete knowledge of food, beverage, services and operating supply products, purchasing procedures and supply chain

As a Cluster Account Manager MICE, specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Making at least 20 sales calls in a week mainly in Istanbul, if necessary in other cities
- Making at least 4 entertainments in a week
- Bringing at least monthly 10 group leads to the Cluster hotels
- Building up Account Development Plans and steal 5 Key Accounts from the competitor hotels in a year
- Attending sales related events (i.e. customer invitations, sales blitz, road shows etc.)
- Finding at least 2 new accounts in a month
- Selling and promoting the F&B outlets, carpark, Health Club and Laundry to the clients (Total account Management)
- Updating the clients for the new products and developments
- Being aware of the budget, forecasts and objectives of Istanbul Cluster and plan and execute their sales processes and reach the objectives.
- Participating the hotel, regional and global sales activities (i.e. BBOB, Blitz, HOTZ etc)

As a Cluster Sales Executive – Travel Trade, specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
- Develop and implement tactical approaches to maintaining customer contact at a variety of levels within active and new agencies within the local area.
- Carry out weekly effective physical sales calls with a minimum number of 10 calls a week, ensuring the coverage of his/her account base according to potential priority in a timely manner.
- To evaluate all One shot request from the travel agencies and handle the offer procedure in a proper way.
- Follow up all the offers related with One shot segment and convert the business to all cluster hotels.
