- Grow and develop existing accounts with mechanical, electromechanical locking devices and key as well as cylinder systems
- Build and grow long term relationships and network with market influencers and users like architects, security consultants, market specialists, and work together with Company Group Teams and others; educate, train or advice these stakeholders
- Work closely with customers in order to deliver projects and specifications on time and according to the budget.
- Build a new sales concepts and implement them
- Preparing and following the local Business Plans and Budgets and financial performance via cash flow and P&L, reporting and forecasting regularly to Europe Sales Director
- Following company KPIs and constantly working on their improvements
- A proven track record of sales channel management in the market,
- Ability to specify mechanical and electric product solutions,
- Comprehensive understanding of value-selling technics and ROI models, to build up successful business cases, and ability to translate user information into a compelling investment decision, leading to closing of orders,
- Comprehensive negotiating skills delivered with diplomatic and firm convictions,
- Possess strong convictions, be self-motivated and possess the ability to plan and organize a demanding work load efficiently and effectively,
- Have the ability to solve problem and to provide solutions on an individual basis,
- Prepared to travel extensively within the region and occasionally outside of it,
- Excellent English,
