We are planning to enlarge our team in the field of sales and marketing. We are looking for experienced holiday consultants who will be in charge of customer relations and sales functions. Holiday consultants play a crucial role in our business model as they are the first contact point of our customers.The candidate will be hired after a short period of training. Our goal is to raise the key executives of the future.
- Graduated from a B.S. or M.S. degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a related field,
- 2 – 3 years of experience in call center in the field of tourism,
- A desire to build a career in the Sales & Marketing field with global exposure,
- Eager to learn through experience,Proficiency in English,
- Proficiency in additional major languages such as German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Russian, and Chinese are a plus,
- Prior internships or experience in business, marketing and sales related fields is a plus,
- Proficiency in Powerpoint and Excel.
- Being able to create quality content in different languages
- Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, complaints, or other issues with products or services before, during and after their holiday,
- Responding efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued,
- Following and contributing to further develop call center scripts when handling different topics and customer questions,
- Building lasting relationships with clients and other team members based on trust and reliability,
- Understanding and striving to meet or exceed sales metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service,
- Making sales or recommendations for holiday planning that may better suit client needs and wishes,
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
