Supply Chain Coordinator

The position holder will be responsible to ensure that orders from our Customers are handled correctly, in a timely fashion and that customer demands are met and communicated in an efficient and professional manner.

The position reports to the Operations Manager. This role work closely with Warehouse Supervisor/Manager, Customer Services, Dispatch Manager and Customs Specialist.

• University diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience as Supply Coordinator or similar position in a warehouse
• Very good command of the English language (spoken and written)
• Good computer skills with Excel knowledge
• Ability to travel when required.
• Maintain a valid passportAbility to communicate effectively within a multinational environment
• Ability to work under pressure and ability to work on own initiative
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Ability to co-operate across organization lines internally and towards customers
