- Design and implement a sales strategic plan that will expand the company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by regularly visiting sales points which are in her/his responsibilities within Marmara Region
- Managing sales and distributor team effectively and sucessfully
- Managing the annual agreement process with local account customers and solving the customer’s problems effectively

- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 7 years experience in FMCG and/or Cosmetic Sector
- Minimum 3 years experience in team management
- Experience in Budget Management
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
- Strong planning and reporting skills, strong analytical thinking
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Result oriented
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
