Job Description
We are specializing in development and implementation of Student Information Systems.
Our product K12NET is being actively used by around 4000 educational organizations in Turkey, Middle East and Gulf Countries.
We are looking for a Customer Relationship Manager to oversee our international operation from our Ankara Offices. The candidate is expected to supervise technical support agents, liaison with our international onsite teams and streamline communication with development department.
Required Skills
The candidate should have below qualifications:
Advanced level of competency in Turkish, English and Arabic (Arabic as mother tongue)
Bachelors Degree in related fields
At least 5 years of similar experience in education and/or IT industry
Familiarity with software applications
Strong interpersonal skills
Military service: done or exempt from military service
