Our M&A Department is currently expanding and looking for a "Juniour Corporrate Lawyer" for the Firm's office located at Levent.

- Negotiation, drafting, reviewing and executing all types of contracts,

- Conduct legal research and draft reports, opinions, correspondence and other documents,

- Conduct due diligence processess,

- Management of retainer base clients ona daily basis,

- Conduct all type of corporate legal issues for foreign and local clients.

- Degree in law and be admitted to practice law in Turkey. Minimum 1 year experience after strong internship career as an attorney at law.

- LL.M. degree (abroad) is preferred,

- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, organisation, planning and presentation skills are essential,

- Experience in private practice at a major law firm or a corporate legal department,

- Experience in business/commercial law, M&A and due diligence processes, international contracts, all kinds of corporate matters, banking&finance,

- Ability to work under pressure, prioritize, meet deadlines and multi-task,

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Turkish and English. Additional language(s) would be an advantage,

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office products,

- No military obligation for male candidates, or strong commitment for at least 3 years.
