Proje Koordinatörü

The Project & Contract Administrator will be responsible the planning, implementation, and tracking of a specific short and mid-term turn key grain flour factories project which has a beginning, an end and specified deliverables.
Moreover , Project & Administrator should be sure that the customers’ requirements are met, the project is completed on time and within budget and that everyone else is doing their job properly.

• Define the project scope in collaboration with other departments
• Create a detailed work and time plan identifying the activities for a successfully complete the project
• Develop a project schedule, review the quality of the work completed by the project team to ensure the project standarts
• Review the project schedule with relative departments and staffs who will be affected by the project activities; revise the schedule as required
• Determine the objectives and measures to evaluate the project at its completion
• Contract qualified consultants & suppliers to work on the project
• Execute, monitor and adjust the project according to the project plan for a successful completion
• Develop forms & records to document project activities
• Establish a communication schedule to update stakeholders including appropriate staff in the organization on the progress of the project
• Review the completed work quality with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standarts
