JOB DESCRIPTION

Arena will be changing the way business is done in the cloud with the launch of our Cloud Marketplace. We are growing our Team to bring more vendors and products into the Marketplace. 
We are looking for an experienced Cloud Solution Specialists with a good knowledge of Cloud based product offerings. With a primary focus of building and maintaining relationships with new and existing cloud solutions customers, the Cloud Solution Specialist is responsible for facilitating the introduction the reseller to the new Cloud Marketplace, providing technical and educational resources, and driving the sale of cloud based solutions, programs and/or services.
The Cloud Solution Specialist proactively identifies solution opportunities, leads requests with the customer and closes deals.  The Cloud Solution Specialist maintains a detailed understanding of the cloud solutions and the associated key competitive products including life cycles, bundles, pricing programs, and technology advantages and may be required to manage transactions to support vendor and customer needs. This role is also responsible for basic to moderately complex functions of order management with speed and accuracy in a fast-paced environment and is recognized as being capable of resolving the most complex transactional issues.  Generates leads and opportunities for marketplace and sales team members to proactively address and assign resellers. Consistently achieves short-term and long-term sales and market share goals set forth.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Introducing of resellers to Cloud Marketplace,
• Providing technical and educational support of cloud solutions,
• Managing resellers and customer opportunities, order fulfillment and service provisions,
• Analyzing potential partner relationships for the Arena Cloud Marketplace,
• Educating resellers’ sales associates on vendor/category/technology programs, marketing campaigns, pricing programs.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Strong understanding of the Cloud and Hosted Services market
• Background in enterprise software solutions
• Demonstrated experience in requirements mapping for complex application packages
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Minimum of two years previous sales/customer service experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields  
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Experience with general skills that strong team player, problem solving and strong business analysis skills and result oriented
