QUALITY MANAGER

- Call Rate analysis, coordinating all quality improvement activities
- Management of incoming quality control activities and supllier audits. Defining supplier improvement plans
- Planning and running reliability tests
- Management of online and offline testing in factory
- Responsible of Quality Management System and maintaining ISO 9001:2008 certificate requirements
- Internal and external quality audits
- Reporting all internal non-quality costs and defining improvements activities to achieve targets
- Management of launching phase of new products
- Calibration of all measurement equipment

• BSc degree in engineering
• Advanced level of English
• Min 5 years experience in Quality, Manufacturing, R&D
• Resident or able to relocate in Eskisehir
• High level of problem solving skills and analytical thinking
• Good management skills
• Expert in dealing with customer claims and good communication skills with customers
• Experience in managing improvement activities with suppliers
• Broad understanding of worldwide quality management standards as ISO 9001:2008
• Able to travel abraod
