JOB DESCRIPTION

Provide legal advice and asistance to our client through combining business knowledge with experience in the relevant arae of law

Draft and negotiate agreements,contracts and legal documents

Advise slient related with business transaction by means of evaluating legal rights, risks and possible legal outcomes 

• University degree in law from a Turkish University
• An LLM degree from UK or USA is essential
• Minimum five years of experience in commercial law,contract law,mergers,acquisitions and litigation
• Excellent command of English
• Good computer skills
• Strong negotiation skills both English and Turkish
• Excellent follow-up and multi tasking and reporting skills
• Ability to work flexible hours
• No obstacle to travel
• Experience in client management
• No military obligation or make candidates
