Are you enthusiastic about the sales process and nurturing new leads for a growing business? Do you have a knack for writing emails which move leads through the sales process? Are you responsive, timely, and able to hunt down answers for sales leads? Are you able to seamlessly integrate yourself into an outbound marketing team by becoming an expert in your company and industry, then immediately begin answering sales-related questions from key decision-makers at prospective client companies? Crossover is building a team of outbound marketing experts. We are excited about building a team of email campaign writers who will answer prospective clients’ questions with the ultimate goal of converting interested leads into engaged leads. Job Description:

In this role, you will be a key player in our go to market strategy. You will contribute to an outbound marketing machine that will engage with qualified leads. You will own the second step of this process: you will receive contact information of key decision makers at prospective client companies.  You will then create email campaigns that will qualify those leads and get them engaged with Crossover. Key responsibilities:

• Begin the sales process with key decision makers at prospective client companies by emailing contacts with engaging content and intriguing calls to action.

• Partner with our content generation team to add value to prospective leads while generating continued interest in our services.

• Follow up on leads and push them through the sales process.

• Schedule demos with our team.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Excellent written English skills

• Experience in HR and/or Talent Acquisition industry (with U.S.-based clients especially) preferred

• Demonstrated ability to exceed expectations and constantly iterate on existing processes

• Excellent collaborative skills

Compensation: $15/hr

Location: Global (remote)

40 hrs/week
