In a Tax Due Diligence Project, demonstrate ability to identify additional facts not available in the existing Tax Profile to more fully understand the target and the potential tax implications of the transaction
Able to communicate effectively with target personnel to obtain additional information and resolve issues, while maintaining professional rapport
Demonstrate knowledge of M&A related tax concepts e.g., reorganizations, general corporate, financing, foreign and local, direct and indirect, compensation and benefits, etc.
Demonstrate knowledge of specific transaction related to M&A tax concepts
Identify and analyze historic and prospective tax and non-tax issues
Prioritize / quantify tax issues
Communicate findings to client through standard template (e.g., report or other communication)
From a structuring point of view, understand specific requirements (e.g., price, timing, financing, ROI, etc.) for the clients to effectively achieve their goals in the transaction.

University degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field with a concentration on accounting and finance or Engineering degree supported with an MBA, MS in Economics, Finance
Excellent command of written and spoken English,
3 - 4 years experience in Tax Due Diligence,
Working and communicating effectively with management and team members to ensure key deliverables are issued on time,
Preferably holding SMMM certificate,
Being a good team player with outstanding communication skills,
Career driven personality
No military obligation for male candidates.
