Human Resources Specialist

·         Acting as a single point of contact for the related departments on core Human Resources processes

·         Handling all recruitment activities such as screening applicants, evaluating applicant qualifications, preparing selection activities and conducting interviews

·         Developing and maintaining a positive employee relation environment

·         Building strong relationships and trust with leaders and colleagues, offer HR expertise and coaching on people issues, assist leaders to gain a better understanding of employees' needs and career aspirations

·         Ensuring the execution and delivery of HR operational activities in an effective and efficient manner

·         Supporting internal communication activities

·         Building strong individual and organizational relationships and interacting with all organizational levels of related departments

Required Skills



·         University degree preferably in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or Labor Economics and Industrial Relations

·         Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, especially in Selection & Recruitment processes

·         Having an experience in a well-known Recruitment consultancy firm will be a great asset

·         Being comfortable working within a very fast paced environment

·         Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·         A good team player with analytical thinking, paying attention to details

·         Ability to manage multiple tasks and accomplish tasks on a timely manner

·         Self-disciplined and motivated

·         Excellent command of verbal and written English

·         Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications

·         Completed military service for male candidates
