 For our growing Technology practice in SAP, we are looking for capable professionals with interest in the Technology team as Managers and Senior Managers and be involved in major transformation projects for our clients across all sectors.  

Role and Responsibility

 Supports & executes project delivery

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction
• Ability to analyze and document current state and to-be processes using standard process mapping methods and tools
• Provides ‘module expertise’ and team mentoring for SAP Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), HR, Core banking, Treasury/Investment, BW "Business Intelligence" modules and processes
• Design, configuration and testing in various SAP Modules: FI, CO, SD, MM, WM, HR, PS, PY, Treasury/Investment, Core Banking
• Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients need
• Ability to build and foster effective relationships with business users, management, and his/her team
• Ability to influence Executive level staff and contribute to client relationship development
• Ability to understand, validate and rationalize business needs within the area of expertise.
• Demonstrate ability to debate the deliverables he/she developed or assisted in developing.  Troubleshoot/Support SAP design and business process issues associated with SAP deployments
• Responsible primarily for successful implementation of SAP, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products to clients.
• Carry out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures
• Develop and evaluate plans and criteria to be carried out by others; provides direction and leadership
•          Shares and provide detailed knowledge of industry best practices within the group and across other disciplines
•          Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client business requirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs.
•          Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standards
•          Ability to work effectively with internal resources and external partners

 Ensures quality and risk management

•          Produce deliverables under the guidance of the team/ stream lead and ensure that all deliverables are compliant with the Deloitte branding.
  
•          Refers to Deloitte’s KX for methodologies, uses time-savers, templates, existing Deliverables, and collects from team members.
  

Qualifications

•          Bachelor's Degree (Preferably in Computer Science and Finance / Accounting
•          Seven to Fifteen years of total experience with two to 5 years of SAP and/or consulting experience.  Ideally has at least two full lifecycle SAP R/3 implementation experience from Project Preparation through Go-Live.
•          Strong English verbal and written communication skills
•          SAP experience (certification preferred) -  SAP FICO, HR, Corebanking, Treasury/Investment, BW "Business Intelligence" or understanding of the SAP procure to pay end to end
•          Strong understanding of ASAP methodology
•          SAP experience can be in project management, implementation, architecture, design, and/or blueprinting
•          Strong understanding of project management skills (PMP certification is a differentiator)
•          Riyadh based but open to being based out of Jordan or Lebanon with up to 100% travel
•          Financial Services industry knowledge and experience is a plus
  
•          Able to collaborate with clients, and have a strong desire to excel
•          Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal in English
•          Able to Multi-task and work under deadlines
•          Must be able to work independently with little supervision as well as a team player and manage own workload
