Sales Representative in Gebze

Become our Sales representative for our Building Products Division in Turkey!

• More than 3 years experience in a similar position,
• Commercial and sales-related skills/studies,
• Sales and Marketing experience (construction materials or wood based materials),
• Fluent English knowledge, other languages could be considered an advantage,
• Technical skills - wooden products preferred,
• IT skills (preferred: SAP, Office, CRM),
• Driving license and driving experience,
• Communicative skills,
• Negotiation skills,
• Professional and independent attitude,
• Presentation skills,
• Analytical thinking,
• Able and willing to travel 2-3 days / week,
• Organizational skills.

• Sales of OSB and DHF to distributors, price negotiations, customer visits,
• Dealing with existing clients, client consulting regarding products, logistics,
• Following up with orders and order process and optimising offers and orders, open and direct communication with internal sales staff and plants,
• Visit of construction companies and fabricators,
• Product seminars for and with customers,
• Marketing support for clients: EGGER marketing tools, exhibitions,
• Monitoring and fulfilling the collectively set sales figures for planned and unplanned clients,
• Preparing and planning customer visits in advance in CRM, preparing and executing meetings independently, information to market responsible, coordination with other visitors for different products,
• Reporting about customer meetings in CRM, customer potential assessment (also CRM), pricing, market develop,
• Direct contact and communication with customers, relevant plants and the EGGER sales office,
• Yearly planning of the sales figures, continuous planning of client’s, market, EGGER and competitors potential in CRM and marketing needs and marketing tools given in CRM,
• Participation at sales meetings and optimisation of sales and Marketing targets.
