The Role:
We are looking for an HRM Assistant who will carry out the HRM & related ICT operations of our Istanbul office. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, detail oriented individual who is enthusiastic about developing in all areas of HRM.
This position will suit you if you have attention for detail, can work in a structured way with minimum supervision, and you are able to think ahead.
Other Qualifications:
University degree in Labour Economics & Industrial Relations, Business Administration or similar departments,
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in HRM,
Advanced level of English both written and spoken,
Advanced knowledge in MS Office Applications,
Self-disciplined and multi-tasked,
Strong team player and having effective communication skills,
No military obligation for male candidates.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Effectively coordinating the HRM operations of employees,
Ensuring the employee files are complete and in line with company regulations & law,
Following up leaves and overtimes,
Operational duties of recruitment, hiring & leaving processes,
Liaising with overseas offices regarding HRM & ICT matters,
Coordinating work permits, visas, international travel procedures,
Maintaining the relations with HRM service & product providers, ensuring services & products are in place on time,
Following up the internal training programs & calendar,
Organising company events & trainings,
Providing research & reporting support in various HRM projects,
Assisting the Office Manager in various operational tasks.
Desirable:
Relevant experience in an international company.
