The Project Finance Consultant will engage in all the necessary activities that are required to turn a technical idea into a viable business case ready to meet funding requirement. Your will work with internal and external technical, financial and legal experts, you will liaise with local and international banks, financial institutions, PE funds, and other stakeholders in the financial community to ensure timely availability of financing for our clients.

Specifically, you will:
• Prepare Information Memorandums for clients and potential investors;
• Prepare comprehensive business cases (also from scratch) and financial models for various projects to deliver cash flow forecast, scenario analysis, risk assessment and return analysis;
• Work closely with the technical project team to identify, analyze and execute the most optimum technical solution for obtaining finance;
• Coordinate with finance providers on market, environmental and technical due diligence, and documentation

• At least three years professional experience in a project finance environment gained primarily within a project finance bank or a corporate house focused on project development/financing.
• Of project finance documentation and experience of handing financial closing work (either as project developer or as lender) is essential.
• Passion for working in a technical environment
• Self-starter with strong self-motivation and a proven capacity to work in a newly established team
• Result-oriented approach with hands-on execution capability
• Master Degree in Finance, Business Administration of similar preferably with mechanical/chemical/civil engineering backgroundMaster degree in Business Administration, Finance or similar;
• A demonstrable network in the financial sector;
• Excellent Turkish and English language skills.
