Eurocross Turkey is a young, dynamic and international oriented company in Istanbul. It provides services to the insurance industry and has an own 24-hour assistance center. The core activities are services provided to foreign tourists from all kind of nations and expatriates during their stay in Turkey. Most services are Medical and Finance related. Eurocross is 100% owned by a Dutch Healthcare Insurance Consortium and based in Altunizade, Uskudar.

Job Description:

• Work actively in medical case evaluation, cost containment and networking activities
• Provide consultancy to the Medical Experts (Nurses) during evaluation process of medical diagnosis and treatment requests from the Service Providers
• Keep in touch with treating doctors , creating medical reports and updating the foreign colleagues abroad,
• Be on-call duty on rotating shifts
• Follow the inpatient treatment processes of the insured in Turkey

We are looking for a full-time Medical Advisor with:

• Bachelor degree from Medical School,
• Experience in a similar position (Assistance, Health Care, Insurance or Call Center) is an assett
• Fluency in English and Turkish is required
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively
• Able to travel when needed
• No military obligation for male candidates
