Internal Auditor

Job Description:

Due to continual growth, Flormar is looking to recruit a dynamic and influential Internal Auditor into their expanding internal audit team. Reporting to an Internal Audit Manager, you will conduct assignments in line with the audit plan producing high quality audit reports offering constructive recommendations across the business both operationally and financially.

• Preparation and communication of clear and accurate reports; presenting any issues found, explaining the risks involved & providing recommendations to mitigate these risks,
• Participate in the development of new ideas & processes to further strengthen the team,
• Travelling to subsidiaries to perform audit fieldwork,
• Take on other special projects where required,
• Leading the planning of engagements & supervision of field audits, both financial and operational,
• Take on other special projects where required,
• Designing operational functions by writing processes and flow charts, establishing and editing procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics or equivalent fields,
• Fluency in English,
• Additional languages will be an asset such as German & Russian,
• 3-5 years internal audit experience is required,
• Proficient in MS Office applications,
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team,
• Strong communication skills both written & verbal,
• No restriction for travelling inside and outside Turkey,
• No military obligation for male candidates.
