Guest Relations Manager

Relevant University degree,
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar position in International five star hotels,
Excellent command of English and a second European Language is preferred,
High sense of ownership, compatible with brand vision,
No military service obligation for male candidates,
Ability to work in dynamic and fast paced environment,
Daily and long-term follow-up of business competence,
Target oriented, creative, follows professional literature and new practices,
Exceptional organisation and planning skills together with strong communication skills and a passion for service and people,
Strong at human relations, effective decision maker, high problem solving capacity,
