Hilton Bursa Convention Centre & Spa and Hampton by Hilton Bursa is going to open its doors in second half of 2011 and we are seeking a highly talented Food and Beverage Manager for our Leadership Team.
This exciting project is the first of its kind for Hilton Worldwide which combines two world famous brands into one dynamic complex attached to the Bursa City Center in the heart of new Bursa.
The project consists of a 187 bedroom Hilton Hotel, a 107 bedroom Hampton by Hilton along with upscale restaurant & bar concepts, dedicated conference & banqueting facilities, Health Club, Spa & pool.
Bursa is a city of balance with one of the fastest growing economies in Turkey. The property is due to open in the second half of 2011.

Restaurant Manager is responsible for the property's All Restaurant & Bar Management efforts.The candidate must have a strong understanding of Restaurant Operations The position provides day to day leadership to All Day Dining Restaurant & Bars.
Restaurant Manager must be able to maximize the Guest Satisfaction & Profit within kind Balance.
