One Touch Service-Switchboard

We are looking for team member, who is responsible for,

Answering the service call properly,

Taking order of guest requests

will work as a ONE TOUCH SERVICE CLERK/ SWITCHBOARD OPERATOR

Ideal candidate for this position should,

Have educated in related fields

Have at least 1 year of switchboard experience in international hotel chain

Have English knowlegde

Have Computer knowlegde

Use the telephone system, Micros and experienced at taking order of guest requests

Be outgoing, dedicated, motivated

Be team player

Be guest service oriented with proactive guest approach
