To update daily the activity planning in « outlook » and commercial management;
To inform regularly TEB Bank or IBO contact person according to cooperation agreement rules
To inform the Sales Team manager about the evolution of the customers portfolio;
To inform clients about taxation evolution, regulation, tariffs changes.
To manage the fleet contract with the customer and all event during its life
To insure operational presence with regular visits
To organize & follow up the cars delivery (contacts with dealers, document check …)
To participate to end of contracts optimization
To participate to regular fleet analysis visit
To prepare documents (Payment Plans, fleet report, benchmarks, KPI’s, SLA’S…) and comments them
To offer renewals before deadlines;
To validate, during the customers contacts, the pertinence between the commercial offer, the services realisation and requests for contracts evolutions;

TEB Arval Araç Filo Kiralama AŞ is seeking an Internal Sales Assistant Manager in Head Office, who will contribute with his/her expertise and creativity to our challenging organization:
•Business or Technical graduate with a minimum of 3 years sales experience in a similar related industry.
•Good knowledge of local automotive and/or coming from operational leasing or services company will be appreciated.
•Strong presentation, inter-personal and report writing skills, commercial awareness and project management skills.
•Fluent English (French may be a plus)
•No military obligation
