Human Resources Specialist

Rixos Hotels is looking for 'HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST' with qualifications that enable them to work in international teams.

• Keeping the personnel's data up to date;
• Responsible for HRIS systems
• Provide support to HR development projects
• Being responsible for daily, monthly, yearly report
• Supporting the recruitment process and other HR functions

• Bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering or Social Sciences are preferred
• Good knowledge of spoken and written English,
• Knowledge of HRIS systems
• Excellent command of Microsoft Office applications,
• Minimum of 2 years working experience within the HR department
• Self-motivated, open minded person eager to learn;
• Good team member,
• Effective communication skills;
• Work focused;
• No travel restriction, Able to work abroad
