Our client which is one of the world’s leading automation companies is searching for Customer Care Employee.
Supports pre-sales and post-sales customer service functions by assisting customers, company sales and service representatives with questions on equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders and delivery schedules. May schedule field service engineer calls. Handles requests for additional company materials. Maintains records of returns,schedule changes, product enhancements or changes and product pricing,and resolves return credit problems.Coordinate order entry and enter orders for dedicated customers, checking validity of customers data.

College or undergraduate degree,
Prior minimum 2 years experiences in a technology-based organization
Good command of English both written and spoken
Advanced user of MS Office applications,
A team player with strong verbal and written communication skills
Flexible in aligning personal goals with team objectives
Proven ability in appropriate competencies
No military obligation for male candidates
