Your Tasks:
- Executing project management of complex turn key high rise building projects
- Coordination and monitoring site development, sub-contractors, own and third-party sections
- Claim management towards customers and subcontractors
- Developing and offering solutions in an environment of different cultures
- Point of Contact for representatives of the customer, subcontractors and own supervisors
Aranan Nitelikler
- Construction engineer degree or architecture or equivalent qualification
- At least 5 years’ experience in a similar position
- Experience in leading employees of different technical education and background
- Good knowledge of typical used IT solutions
- Very good knowledge of the English language
- Responsible and loyal attitude with high self-motivation
