HR Manager

Currently  looking for a Human Resources Manager for Istanbul based Head Office. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is an exciting opportunity for an individual to play an active part in growing and developing the business.

The position will be mainly responsible for;

• Set up HR function for the Holding
• Development and implementation of HR strategies, policies and programs in alignment with the organization’s overall strategic direction
• Recruitment 
• Monitor and alert management to successes and shortcomings in employee morale and motivation
• Develop the process for identifying high-potential employees in the company, organise training and development to improve professional skills
• Coaching, follow up and development of our management team 
• Overlooking work conditions and that local laws are being followed 
• Responsible for ensuring that local labor laws are being adhered to 
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource Department

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who have the qualifications below:

• University degree in related fields,
• A minimum of 5 years experience in human resouces and must have at least 2 years experience in HR Manager Position.
• Fluent in Turkish and English, (spoken and written)
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Results / actions oriented.
• Good  knowledge and practice about Turkish Labor Law.
• Self starter, team player
• Excellent communication skills, able to facilitate discussions and prepare presentations.
