Senior Software Engineer

Innovative beta-stage New York based startup SuperCV.com and its parent company are seeking a Senior Sofware Engineer.

You will be based in Levent, Istanbul and work alongside Turkish and American teams. You are expected to possess fluent command of English and strong communication skills. 

Responsibility & Qualifications

Duties

• Work on software development activities, solutions, methods, and practices,
• Assist in developing methodologies, standards and best practices for the group,
• Research and recommend appropriate interactive technologies,
• Develop reusable code libraries,
• Conduct code walkthroughs and quality assurance with development teams,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Eng., Information Management Systems or related discipline
• Experience with C#/.Net, ASP.NET MVC, Entity Framework (or other ORM), JavaScript, JavaScript frameworks such as JQuery, AngularJs, XML, JSON, Web API
• Experience using cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS
• Experience with object oriented design and development (OODD), Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)
• To mentor other members of the team through architecture, design, and code reviews.
• Experience with continuous integration tools and environments.
• Experience with source code control systems and concurrent development workflows (TFVC,Git).
• Experience using SQL Server databases, NoSql databases
• Understanding of all elements of the software development life cycle, including planning, development, requirements management.
• Highly responsible, team-oriented individual with very strong work ethic and a self-starter.
• Experience using Agile project tools such as JIRA.
