Reservation Agent

Do you have an experience of working as a Reservation Agent of a smiliar quality Hotel ?

Have you handled room reservations duties as attending to incoming calls, faxes and emails for accommodation ?

Do you have a strong verbal and written communication and telephone skills ?

Do you have  an ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaning calm and courteous at all times ?

Do you have planning & organization skills and ability to manage multiple foreign guests ?
 
***Good command of English, both written and spoken is a MUST,knowledge of French is a plus.
