Daimler AG builds up an IT-Competence Center in Turkey. SAP & Rollout Shared Service (SR ShS) has two targets. In one hand; the Service for the SAP environment will be consolidated and on the other hand; the processes for all types of IT-Rollouts (SAP and NonSAP) will be standardized.
In the context of application development and operation (Service Delivery, Service Operation, Test Management and Rollout Projects) the worldwide activities will be bundled in the future within Mercedes Benz Türkiye A.Ş. The rollout factory will provide an industrialized model for rollouts to reduce cost and increase agility and quality for Europe Region.
For this challenge we are seeking new colleagues, who will support us in the Organizational Change Management and Training,
•Training and communication management of rollout projects,
•Providing leadership, direction and guidance to the Rollout team, coach and mentor them by setting priorities and accomplishing training and communication goals of the rollout projects,
•Ensuring appropriate use of Daimler IT project management tools, governance, processes, policies and methodologies,
•Proactively communicate project training status, issues & risks to management and all stakeholders,
•Conduct regular status meetings with all stakeholders, keeping the stakeholder’s needs and training requirements continuously in view,
•Capacity planning of trainings and tracking,
•Responsible for detailed rollout training plans with clear milestones and deliverables,
•Support international Roll-Out factory services (EMEA) and implementation projects.

•Experience as a trainer at least 3 to 5 large IT projects including change management and communication tasks with multi-national experience,
•Proven credentials in client interfacing skills with global clients,
•Bachelors or Masters Degree in Engineering Departments,
•Years of Experience: 6+
•Language: English and German.
