METRO PROPERTIES Turkey is now seeking for “Accounting and Finance Responsible” at its Headquarters in Istanbul.
Job Description
• Reports directly to Accounting and Finance Manager
• Prepares and monitors personnel expenses, customer accounts
• Fills and controls investments and fixed assets
• Follows up agreements, stamp duty or taxes
• Prepares financial information and provides proactive support to shared functions
• Prepares all tax declarations
• Operates other general accounting operations.

Qualifications:
• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting or equivalent field of study
• At least 7 years of accounting experience
• Strong knowledge of SAP FI, knowledge of IFRS is an asset
• Solid understanding of accounting principles for financial analysis purposes
• Proficiency in MS Office Programs, advanced level of Excel knowledge is required
• Written and spoken English language skill is an asset
• Ability to work within strict deadlines
• Effective and strong communication skills
• Detail and result oriented, ability to think analytically
• Self-motivated and ready to take additional responsibilities
• No military obligation for male candidates
